實際上因緣是不停地改變的，對我們的生命來說，剎那剎那的念頭都在改變之中，在變化中，讓一切朝著快樂的方向轉變。我們的雙手，並不能抓住過去，也許放開不愉快的過往，才會注意到當下有很多創造快樂的機遇。

While the causes and conditions of our lives are ever-changing moment by moment, let us steer our thoughts towards the direction of happiness. We cannot grasp the past to make any single change to it, so perhaps we should let go of any past unhappiness so that we may notice there are many opportunities to create happiness in the present.
