為什麼說修行是要那種冰心鐵骨之士？沒有勇氣、沒有毅力的人堅持不了。因為要打的是自己，戰鬥的是自己，沒有其他敵人，只有自己是要降伏的。 其他都不是修行人的敵人，自己的惡習煩惱才是真正的敵人。

⛄️ The Bad Habit Is The Only Enemy / 278
Why do we say a dharma practitioner is someone with heart of ice and iron bones ? One without courage and perseverance cannot hold on. Because they have to fight yourself, they are fighting themselves, there are no other enemies, only themselves to be defeated. Dharma practitioners have no enemies other than their own bad habits and afflictions which are their real enemies.
