⛄️ Practice Diligently Without Fear of the Lord of Death / 303
In every situation, earnestly make the aspiration: for the sake of enlightenment, diligently uphold your precepts. When the Lord of Death comes to settle accounts, evaluate yourself—because of diligent practice, the closer you get to the Lord of Death, the less afraid you will be. The closer you approach the next life, the more hopeful you will feel, because you've strived to complete the virtuous deeds you intended to accomplish in this life. Especially if you've cultivated Bodhicitta, just imagine how joyful such a life would be!
