不要懷著我慢的心去溝通，一定要別人接受自己，我們可以先傾聽別人、接受別人、理解別人的感受。這要訓練自己，不要處處都以自我為中心。在某一個時刻可否打開內心，認真地傾聽、判斷、感受別人的生命到底發生了什麼？在理解上，先走一步也很美好。常常選擇先理解別人，久久行之，和合便應運而生。

Instead of communicating arrogantly, we must be accepted by others, listening actively to others, accepting them, and understanding their feelings. This requires training ourselves not to be self-centered. At certain time, can we open our heart and listen attentively , making judgement and to feel what is really going on in other people’s life? It is also good to be one step ahead in term of understanding others. The harmony will emerge over time by consistently choosing to understand others first.
