總結自己做到的部分,這非常重要!它會避免我們的腳步陷入焦灼、混亂,失去前行的動力。實際上,隨喜自己就是看看自己做到哪裡,再看看同行做到哪裡,互相觀功念恩就實踐了。 如果一直朝前跑,忽略了隨喜、加油的動作,久之,挫折感、疲憊、自責、失望等等情緒沒有及時調整,日積月累,變成很大的壓力。 頂著很大的壓力,就會越來越吃力。吃力久了,心力就會漸漸變弱,最後心力整個掉下去,處在崩潰邊緣,甚至就全線崩潰。那個時候再調整,不知道要花多大的力氣。 及時地總結、隨喜、加油,是一個對內心的最佳調整。

⛄️ Conclude, Rejoice, Press On / 336

Summarising what we have achieved is very important! It prevents our footsteps from sinking into a state of anxiety and confusion, and from losing the motivation to advance. In fact, rejoicing ourselves is looking at how much we have done, looking at how much our peers have done, then putting it into practice by OMAK ("Observe Merits Appreciate Kindness") one another. If we keep running forward but neglect the actions of rejoicing and cheering on, sooner or later, the feelings of frustrations, exhaustion, self-blame and disappointments will snowball into a great of pressure overtime if not readily regulated. It becomes increasingly strenuous being under great pressure. After being strained for a long time, the mental strength will gradually decrease until it eventually collapses in entirety, be at the brink of crumbling or even be completed crumbled. By then, the amount of strength needed to readjust is unknown. The best regulation to our minds is to summarise, rejoice and cheer on in a timely manner.
