⛄️ At critical moments, devote ourselves wholeheartedly to seeking refuge. / 353
When we fall ill, it can awaken our determination - to resolutely pursue the Dharma and cultivate our practice! Many desires for fame, wealth, and comfort, as well as our expectations for others to treat us well and understand us, become unnecessary. These things are of no help at the time of death. Therefore, at critical moments, we must have the courage to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to seeking refuge in the Buddha and the Dharma.
