苦樂跟什麼有關係？業。業跟什麼有關係？身語意。而最先造業的是什麼？是心念。 心是怎麼造業的？就是面對一件事情時，我們的看法，會決定心念的方向；如果朝的是善業的方向，將結出令人喜樂的結果；如果是朝惡業的方向，收穫的則是哭泣、憂傷的苦果。

What is related to suffering and happiness? Karma. What is related to karma? Body, speech and mind. And what is the first to create karma? It is thoughts. How does the mind create karma? When faced with a situation, it is our views that will determine the direction of our thoughts. if it is in the direction of virtuous karma, it will produce results that make the person happy. If it is in the direction of non-virtuous karma, then bitter fruits of weeping and sorrow will be harvested.
